One's consciousness is contained in the spiritual energy fields which surround one's physical body. A person's permanent consciousness is containing in these spiritual energy fields along with all the experiences from every lifetime of that person. One's physical body is only temporary and is used for one to gain experiences. Understand that God created Creation in order to experience Creation.

God replicated God in creating Creation. God duplicates God so there is only God in any part of Creation. God in creating Creation creates Golden Spheres which are exact super sub-atomic replications of God. These replications of God, these Golden Spheres then become the building blocks of everything in Creation. All Light, all energy and all matter in Creation is comprised of these sub-atomic Golden Spheres.

Another name for these Golden Spheres is prana.

Prana is the path for our return to God, to Mother Father Creator God of All That Is. Prana is also necessary for the continued existence of one's body. Prana is the only substance which can produce all the required cellular replacements of one's physical body.

Prana is also consciousness and so the more prana one has in their spiritual energy fields, the more expanded their consciousness. However, before expanding one's consciousness prana must first pass through one's chakras because chakras filter out and keep discordant energies from entering one's spiritual energy fields. When a person's chakras are cleansed and their pranic energy centers activated, prana will flow easily into that person's spiritual energy fields. Prana entering one's spiritual energy field is what increases one's consciousness. When an individual expands their spiritual energy fields 9 times their original size with prana, then one Ascends and becomes an Ascended Master or a Saint. In other words, when sufficient numbers of God's Golden Spheres are infused into one's spiritual energy fields their consciousness expands ninefold, and they become "Enlightened" with a Golden Glow surrounding them.

Both meditation and prayer will infuse sufficient prana into one's spiritual energy fields so that one may use prana to expand consciousness. However, extremely rapid and accelerated expansions of consciousness result from using the "unceasing prayer" meditation of the Sacred Merkaba Techniques, which also cleanses chakras and activates pranic energy centers.
